Event news and information.

The event will start at te Gavellers Cafe Beachenhurst Lodge Car park which is close to the Speech House Hotel. The finish will be at Westons Cider Museum near Much Marcle Herefordshire on Sunday 21st March.

The event signing on will be in the Gavellers Cafe in the car park. The finish meal will be in the Scrumpy House Restaurant situated in the grounds of the Museum. Tea and coffee plus a breakfast roll will be served at signing on.

The Daffodils are growing well now but the recent frost's are subdueing them somewhat!

It may be that we have snowdrops and daffodils on display.

There will be a chance early on for you to stretch your legs and take in the panoramic views of the Royal Forest of Dean. This venue is the New Fancy View point which is a RSPB site for the observation of Goshawks. Bird Watchers come from far and wide to visit this site. There is also a ground level solid map of the Forest with locations of Mines, lakes and otther items of interest.
It is well worth the visit, so please bring your walking shoes and binoculars.

The coffee halt will be at Huntley garden centre.
